Who we are

What we collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us. That happens in a few places: when you send an enquiry or request a quote (name, phone number, email, city and details of your requirement), when you register a product warranty or apply to join our installer network, and when you contact us directly by phone, email or WhatsApp. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure also keeps standard technical logs — IP address, browser type and pages requested — used for security and troubleshooting.
The savings calculator stores your inputs (hot-water demand, tariff and current fuel) in your own browser’s local storage so they are still there when you return. Those values never leave your device and are not sent to us.
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts. If we ever add analytics, this policy will be updated first.
How we use it
We use the information you give us to do the thing you asked for: answer your enquiry, size a system and prepare a quotation, register and honour a warranty, arrange service visits, or process an installer application. We may contact you about your enquiry by phone, email or WhatsApp. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Where servicing or installing your system requires it, we share your contact details and site information with the Tempratech engineer or certified installer partner assigned to your job. Beyond that, information is shared only with service providers who run our infrastructure (such as website hosting and email), and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Warranty registrations are kept for the life of the warranty. Technical logs are retained briefly and then deleted.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we no longer need it, and raise a grievance about how it has been handled. Write to sales@tempratech.in and we will respond. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles personal information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted here explicitly.
